We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to lead the development of the UI and deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of fullstack experience, with a strong emphasis on frontend development.
• Hands-on expertise with Lit and Shoelace (non-negotiable).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development best practices.
• Solid backend experience (any language/framework + database).
• High initiative, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, fully remote environments.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Notion, Linear, Slack, and Zoom.
• Ability to work async across US and European time zones.
• A passion for crafting beautiful, performant, user-friendly interfaces.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, or web performance optimization.
• Contributions to open-source or personal project demos are a big plus.
