As our Creative Services Sales Specialist, you’ll sell branding, design, and content packages to clients seeking visual identity, storytelling, and digital transformation. You’ll guide potential clients through our offerings, align our creative capabilities with their goals, and help turn their ideas into reality.

This role is ideal for someone who understands creative services, can clearly articulate their value, and knows how to close with confidence and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Vibe Branding’s creative services including brand identity, graphic design, UI/UX, and content packages
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, creative needs, and budgets
• Collaborate with the creative team to design tailored proposals and scopes of work
• Present and explain proposals to clients with clarity and enthusiasm
• Manage relationships from lead to contract, and hand off to the project team upon close
• Track pipeline progress, conversion rates, and client feedback in CRM (HubSpot preferred)
• Stay informed on creative trends and how they impact client industries

Skills & Experience Required:

• 2–3 years of experience in creative services, agency sales, or brand consulting
• Strong knowledge of branding, visual identity, and content production workflows
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets
• Experience managing a consultative sales process with small to mid-sized businesses
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and client-first attitude
