We’re looking for a results-driven and strategic Client Acquisition Manager to lead our efforts in identifying, engaging, and converting new clients. You’ll play a key role in growing Vibe Branding’s client portfolio by turning qualified leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute our client acquisition strategy across multiple verticals
• Research target industries, decision-makers, and potential accounts
• Create personalized outreach campaigns and sales funnels
• Lead discovery calls and collaborate with our team to deliver tailored proposals
• Nurture warm leads and maintain a consistent follow-up process
• Optimize CRM tracking, acquisition KPIs, and conversion rates
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales for alignment and funnel health
• Provide insights to improve service offerings based on prospect feedback

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years in client acquisition, business development, or consultative sales
• Proven experience in a marketing, branding, or creative agency setting
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Confident in leading discovery calls and closing deals
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
• Comfortable with performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive mindset
