About the Role
We’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead high-impact implementation projects and ensure the overall architectural integrity of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. This role is crucial in bridging technical excellence with strong communication and leadership capabilities.
You’ll work closely with project stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to design scalable, maintainable, and robust Salesforce architectures — while guiding the team through workshops, design sessions, and implementation reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Own solution design and architecture for complex Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Conduct technical and solution workshops with clients to define business requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project managers to align design with delivery capability
- Define integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, etc.)
- Review and validate technical deliverables from the development team
- Support presales engagements by contributing to solution design, estimation, and proposal preparation when required
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Salesforce developers and configuration specialists
Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years as Technical Architect or Solution Architect
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, multi-cloud solution design, and best practices
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale implementations with integration to external systems
- Excellent English communication skills — able to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and present technical solutions clearly
- Strong ability to balance business and technical perspectives; capable of simplifying complex concepts for stakeholders
- Hands-on familiarity with configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations, and DevOps pipelines
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect certification is a strong plus
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in consulting or vendor-side delivery roles (multi-client environment)
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, capable of influencing both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to work with distributed teams across different geographies and time zones
What Makes This Role Different
Unlike senior developers, the Technical Architect is not focused on deep coding — instead, the emphasis is on solution architecture, communication, and leadership.
You’ll act as a key decision-maker who ensures technical excellence and business alignment across the project lifecycle.
