Project Manager (JLPT N2)

• Prepare documentation and proposals for software/application development projects, including bid presentations and contract negotiations.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of software/application development initiatives.
• Oversee all operational activities of projects to ensure progress and quality.
• Provide post-project technical support to clients as required.
• Participate in organizational and human resource development activities.
• Contribute to the creation of standard processes and quality assurance within the unit.
• Execute any additional tasks as directed by direct management.

Required Qualifications

• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher, with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience working as a Bridge SE (BrSE) or similar role.
• Minimum of one year of experience in software project management with Japanese clients.
• Solid foundation in software development, with the ability to analyze business and system requirements.
• Strong task management and process supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking ability.
• Self-motivated, capable of working under pressure.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Japanese work culture and business practices.
• Experience in building and training project teams.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
