Chief Operation Officer / Chief Strategy Officer

Before joining CPO:

• Spearheaded the creation of new products for RWA/DeFi from the ground up.
• Formulated and executed product and go-to-market strategies.
• Managed the complete lifecycle of designing, developing, and deploying new products and blockchains for tokenized assets.

General Responsibilities:

• Played a key role as a founding team member, driving the overall growth of the project.
• Collaborated with the founders to plan and implement the project roadmap and budget.
• Assessed the project's progress on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, presenting solutions to challenges and recommending updates to the implementation plan to the founder.
• Led recruitment, performance evaluations, and organizational restructuring.
• Guided a comprehensive growth strategy for the product and ecosystem by closely collaborating with key stakeholders across various departments, including business development, product management, customer success, marketing, compliance, legal, and operations.
• Established expertise in RWA and DeFi, contributing to strategic development and building a solid customer base.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading the development of new products from hypothesis validation to commercialization.
• Over 5 years of project management experience.
• Over 5 years of product management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing blockchain products.
• Experience in enhancing the overall product experience through collaboration with product marketing, operations, and customer success teams.
• Demonstrated success in building high-growth products and driving their expansion.
• In-depth knowledge of DeFi.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in token issuance and management.
